About Sugar Blossom:
Sugar Blossom is a Winnipeg-based jewelry brand founded in 2008 with a love for playful, meaningful pieces that help people express their style. Over the years, we’ve grown into a recognized fashion jewelry brand carried by retailers such as Holt Renfrew, Indigo, Free People, and Anthropologie, while also building a strong online business.

In 2022, we proudly opened our first storefront in the heart of St. Boniface — a charming space that’s also home to our head office. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone special to join us in-store.

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to help bring the Sugar Blossom experience to life. This is more than a retail role — it’s about creating warm, memorable moments for every customer who walks through our doors.

You’ll be the friendly face of the brand, helping customers find pieces they love, assisting with custom jewelry creations, and keeping our boutique beautiful, organized, and welcoming.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally personable, dependable, detail-oriented, and excited by fashion, jewelry, and thoughtful customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome customers and create a fun, elevated in-store experience

• Help customers shop and style jewelry pieces they’ll love

• Assist with creating custom charm jewelry and personalized pieces

• Restock displays, chains, charm trays, and back inventory

• Support inventory organization and stock management

• Assist with packing and fulfilling online orders with care

• Keep the store clean, polished, and inviting

• Represent the Sugar Blossom brand with warmth and professionalism

• Organized, reliable, and able to take initiative

• Detail-oriented and take pride in a job well done

• Passionate about fashion, accessories, and personal style

• Comfortable multitasking in a busy retail environment

• A strong communicator, both in person and in writing

• Previous retail experience (1+ year preferred)

• Interest or knowledge in jewelry is an asset

Position Details:

• Part-Time / Hourly

• Required Availability:

  • Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • One weekday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
