WARRANTY POLICY
Our 90-day warranty does not cover lost items, scratches or damage that come with normal wear and tear (like a broken chain), or damage from improper use or storage of your product. We are unable to replace lost jewelry. In the rare case of a skin to metal sensitivity and the plating tarnishes, we are unable to replace the item or replate the item. If the item is able to be repaired, we will happily do so within 90 days of the purchase date. Please kindly submit a warranty request and our team will follow up with you within 1-4 business days.
Sugar Blossom Jewelry does not cover the return shipping cost for repairs or damages. Please note we cannot guarantee repairs for items that are no longer listed on the Sugar Blossom website.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs requests.
