HOW TO CUSTOMIZE
- Choose your base chain by selecting one of the available options. Scroll to see more.
- Select your size, if required. This step will only appear for chains available in multiple lengths.
- Browse charm categories on the left (scroll to see more), then scroll through the available charms and click to add your favourites.
- Once added, you can reorder, rotate, and position your charms to create your custom piece. If no placement is selected, our designers will thoughtfully arrange them for you.
- Add to Cart when you're happy with your design.
Purchasing individual charms? Only Steps 3 and 5 apply.
TIPS
Already have a Customize Me piece or know someone who has one but is looking to add charms? Purchase individual charms and add to your collection.
Please note: Select chains require pliers to add a charm. These chains include the classic charm chains, dainty bracelet chains, and dainty anklet chains. If you're attaching additional charms to the ball chain, petite cable chain, any pearl strand, or any corded jewelry, please leave us a note in your "Order Notes" so we can provide the required jump rings.
