Holiday Exchange Policy
Purchases made between November 1 and December 24, 2025, are eligible for our extended holiday exchange policy until January 10, 2026.
Please note: Items purchased during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Boxing Day are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
Standard Exchange Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your unworn jewelry within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

• Due to hygienic reasons, all earrings and ear cuffs are a final sale once packaging is opened.
• All customized jewelry is a final sale.
