Free Shipping on Orders of $115+

Free shipping will automatically apply at checkout on orders with a subtotal of $115 or more.

Local Pick Up

If you are in Winnipeg, we offer local pick-up at our store located at 138 Provencher Blvd in St. Boniface. To pick up your order, select "Pick Up" as your delivery method when you check out. Once your order ready, you will receive an email notification that your order is ready for pick-up. You can pick up anytime during our store hours.

Shipping Carrier

We ship with UPS and Purolator. Shipping times range from 1-5 business days depending on location.

United States

Duties and Tax

Duties and import taxes are pre-paid at checkout for US orders. As of August 29, 2025, de minimis no longer applies to US shipments — all imports now incur duties regardless of value.

For all other international orders, duties and taxes may apply upon entry into the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping Carrier

We ship with Canada Post and its shipping partner, USPS. Shipping times range from 5-10 business days depending on location.

Rest of the World

We offer tracked and insured shipping (up to $100) for international order. For more information on shipping to your destination please contact us. International shipping times vary from 5-14 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase. All orders typically take 2 to 4 business days to process in addition to shipping estimates (see below). Please note that this may vary during high-volume times such as sales, promotions or during holidays.

Delivery times listed above are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance, weather etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.

Incorrect Address or Missing Information:

Sugar Blossom is not responsible for incorrect or missing address information, unavailability or refusal to accept delivery of shipment.

Pre-Order Items:

If an item is listed as "pre-order" the item is on its way to us and the ship date provided is an estimate. If you have items in the same order that are not listed as a pre-order they will be shipped when your pre-order item is available. If you want to get the items that are in stock asap, we recommend completing two separate orders.
