Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on orders with a subtotal of $115 CAD or more. Orders must meet the $115 CAD minimum after discounts and promotions are applied.

If you’re in Winnipeg, we offer local pick-up at our store located at 138 Provencher Blvd in St. Boniface. To pick up your order, select “Pick Up” as your delivery method at checkout.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification. Orders can be picked up anytime during store hours and will be held for up to 30 days.

After 30 days, unclaimed orders will be refunded to the original method of payment, minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note that custom pieces (including charm and engravable jewelry) are not eligible for refund.

We ship with Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. Delivery times typically range from 1–5 business days, depending on your location. You can select your preferred shipping carrier at checkout.

Duties and import taxes are pre-paid at checkout for US orders. As of August 29, 2025, de minimis no longer applies to US shipments — all imports now incur duties regardless of value.

For all other international orders, duties and taxes may apply upon entry into the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

We ship with Canada Post and its shipping partner, USPS. Shipping times range from 5-10 business days depending on location.
