How can I add a photo to my locket necklace?

Step One: Pick a photo for your locket
Step Two: Size your image to fit inside the locket style you have using our guide linked here
Step Three: Add your photo to your locket! Want to secure the photo? Add a small piece of double-sided tape or a touch of glue to inside of your locket to permanently keep your loved ones by your heart!

What ring sizes do you offer and how do I know my ring size?

We carry sizes 6.5 and 7.5 because these are the two most universally popular ring sizes. We do hope to expand our size range in the future, so stay tuned! Here’s our how-to guide to finding your perfect ring size.

Will Sugar Blossom Jewelry irritate my sensitive skin?

All Sugar Blossom Jewelry is lead, nickel and cadmium free. These are the most common irritants in jewelry, but you will always know your sensitivities better than anyone else! To make it easy, we’ve included the base metal and plating metal in every product listing on our website so you can always double check.

The item I want is out of stock, will you be restocking soon?

You can sign up to be notified when an item is back in stock — please go to the product page and click “Let me know when it’s back!' and follow the prompts. If you have any questions about the re-stocking of items, please contact us and we can let you know whether or not the item is discontinued or if it will be re-stocked in the future.

Can I pick the chain style I want for any of your necklaces?

Our Customize Me Collection allows you to completely customize your necklace. All of the necklaces that are not part of this collection are sold as is and the pendants and chains cannot be interchanged.

Can I add charm to a Customize Me necklace that I already have?

Of course, we always want your jewelry to reflect you and what you’re loving! Depending on the chain style you have, the process of adding a charm can vary but we’re always here to help.

Charms can slide on and off these chains: Diamond chain, cable chain, box chain, thin curb chain, twist chain, figaro chain.

Pliers are required to add charms to these chains: Flat curb chain, thick curb chain, ball chain, Jolie Necklace, Customize Me Charm Necklace, Tove Necklace.

My tracking number says my order has been delivered but I don’t have it. Where is it?

Don’t worry, sometimes even the shipping carrier can get a little excited about a Sugar Blossom order and pre-emptively scan the shipment and mark it as delivered. If this is the case, it will usually arrive within the next business day.

Not sure if this is the case? Check with your security desk, building concierge, or neighbour to see if your order was left with them. If your tracked parcel is still missing, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

I need a gift ASAP! Can I pick up Sugar Blossom Jewelry somewhere?

I would like an exchange, what should I do?

I have my receipt! If you would like to complete your exchange in studio, please bring your receipt and your unworn jewelry in its original packaging and we will happily help you out. If you can’t make it to our studio, please send the completed Jewelry Exchange form and your unworn jewelry in its original packaging to our studio location. Our full exchange policy can be found here.

I don’t have my receipt! We require proof of purchase for all exchanges. Double check your email for the order confirmation or e-receipt!

I have an online promo code, can I use it in-studio?
