Good news — you’ve got great gift givers in your life, and we sell 3” extender chains that can be attached to all lobster clasp closure necklaces! Shop the extender chain here!

All Sugar Blossom Jewelry is lead, nickel and cadmium free. These are the most common irritants in jewelry, but you will always know your sensitivities better than anyone else! To make it easy, we’ve included the base metal and plating metal in every product listing on our website so you can always double check.

To learn all about the materials used, visit our THE MATERIALS page.

We carry sizes 6.5, 7.5 and 8.5  because these are the three most universally popular ring sizes. Here’s our how-to guide to finding your perfect ring size.

Of course, we always want your jewelry to reflect you and what you’re loving! Depending on the chain style you have, the process of adding a charm can vary but we’re always here to help.

For detailed instructions on how to add a charm to your jewelry, please email us!

Or visit our studio and one of our designers will happily add charms or adjust your charm layout!

Don’t worry, sometimes even the shipping carrier can get a little excited about a Sugar Blossom order and pre-emptively scan the shipment and mark it as delivered. If this is the case, it will usually arrive within the next business day.

Not sure if this is the case? Check with your security desk, building concierge, or neighbour to see if your order was left with them. If your tracked parcel is still missing, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
