If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your unworn jewelry in-person or by mail within 14 days of your original receipt. Item must be in original packaging and/or with tags attached. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost. 

Exchange shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be held liable for lost items. 

In the event of a special offer or sale, absolutely no price adjustments will be issued for previously purchased merchandise.  We reserve the right to deny unreasonable exchange requests.
