EXCHANGES + REPAIRS
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange your unworn purchase if returned in person or by mail to our Studio within 14 days of your original receipt, and with the item's original packaging and/or tags.
Returned shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be held liable for lost items. Please email us to request an exchange and state the reason for exchanging. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost.
In the event of a special offer or sale, absolutely no price adjustments will be issued for previously purchased merchandise.
• Due to hygienic reasons all earrings, ear cuffs + barrettes are a final sale.
• Perfume is a final sale.
• All customized jewelry is a final sale.
• Sale items are a final sale.
• Items purchased during a sale are a final sale.
• Items purchased during a sample sale are a final sale.
• Gift Cards and Gift Boxes are a final sale.
Unfortunately, breakage is not covered under our warranty and we cannot be held liable for scratched items as it is your responsibility to care for your pieces. We carefully check each item before it is sent out however, if you receive an item that is defective or broken please email us. If the item is able to be repaired, we will happily do so within 90 days of the purchase date. Please kindly provide your order number or original purchase receipt.
Sugar Blossom Jewelry does not cover the return shipping cost for repairs or damages. Please note we do not provide any repairs for items that are no longer listed on the Sugar Blossom website.
EAR CUFFS: Due to the nature of ear cuffs, we are unable to replace lost cuffs.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs and exchanges.
