Classic Charm Necklaces

Brought my mom to the pop up in Vancouver today for her Christmas gift! Very happy with the quality so far. We ended up with a lovely bracelet despite several items being out of stock, so now we’ll have to do an online order to complete the birthstones of our family.

I absolutely loved receiving my charm necklace. Customer service was great, and the product quality is stunning. The only thing I’m disappointed about (which is why I have a 4 star rating) is because the letter “O” on my necklace was much smaller than it showed online. I got the letter M & O in the same gold cut out letters, and the M is significantly bigger than the O. So the symmetrical necklace I designed is a little less symmetrical than I would like.

Only had the custom bracelet a few days but I really like it. Ordered a second bracelet already !

I received my custom necklace in August of this year and wrote a review after one of the charms lost a gem, stating that I loved the look of the necklace but was unsure of the sturdiness or longterm quality based on the gem falling out. Sugar Blossom replied to my review, reached out to me, and sent me a replacement at no cost. I've been wearing my necklace near-daily since and can confirm that I've had no further issues and am changing my prior review from 3/5 to 5/5. I was appreciative of Sugar Blossom's gesture in reaching out and re-perfecting my necklace and now that the quality has stood up for several months, I'm really delighted with my purchase and experience. Got myself a charm bracelet as a graduation present, and I love it so much! Not many places have silver coloured charms and bracelets, and the quality is 10/10. Typical bracelets I worry about the charms falling off (and this has happened to some favourite bracelets in the past), but the quality of Sugar Blossom makes it so I'm not worried at all. They are very secure and still so cutie!!
