HOW TO CUSTOMIZE
- Choose your base chain by selecting one of the available options. Scroll to see more.
- Select your size, if required. This step will only appear for chains available in multiple lengths.
- Browse charm categories on the left (scroll to see more), then scroll through the available charms and click to add your favourites.
- Once added, you can reorder, rotate, and position your charms to create your custom piece. If no placement is selected, our designers will thoughtfully arrange them for you.
- Add to Cart when you're happy with your design.
Purchasing individual charms? Only Steps 3 and 5 apply.
TIPS
• For paperclip and anchor chains, charms must be placed 1 or 3 links apart. If this is not followed, designers will adjust your layout. We suggest three links apart for five or less charms, and one link apart for six or more charms.
• For ball chain, pearl stand, we suggest placing charms a minimum of two links apart (three links for Large Treasured Charms).
• If the charm order is not specified in the necklace builder, the charms will be attached using our designers discretion.
• Necklaces look best with an odd number of charms.

The classic charm necklace is gorgeous and turned out exactly as designed on the website (which is such a fun feature!). The chain is on the shorter end, but can be adjusted to be two sizes, which is great for styling with different necklines.
