HOW TO CUSTOMIZE
- Choose your base chain by selecting one of the available options. Scroll to see more.
- Select your size, if required. This step will only appear for chains available in multiple lengths.
- Browse charm categories on the left (scroll to see more), then scroll through the available charms and click to add your favourites.
- Once added, you can reorder, rotate, and position your charms to create your custom piece. If no placement is selected, our designers will thoughtfully arrange them for you.
- Add to Cart when you're happy with your design.
Purchasing individual charms? Only Steps 3 and 5 apply.
TIPS
Already have a Customize Me piece or know someone who has one but is looking to add charms? Purchase individual charms and add to your collection.
Please note: Select chains require pliers to add a charm. These chains include the classic charm chains, dainty bracelet chains, and dainty anklet chains. If you're attaching additional charms to the ball chain, petite cable chain, any pearl strand, or any corded jewelry, please leave us a note in your "Order Notes" so we can provide the required jump rings.

I like this necklace and charm very much.
However it was difficult to get the charm on to the necklace and then do it up without the charm coming off.
You definitely need patience.
I got a few to use as a pendant on my necklace chains but also to add to my string journals and love them!
The small sizes are pretty small but great for a delicate look.
I love this brand and have a ton of jewelry from here but was disappointed when I customized a bracelet with 4 charms and within 2 weeks they all had tarnishing on the loop that connects the charm to the bracelet. I confirmed that these loops are made of brass, while the rest is anti-tarnish. It seems a bit silly to use a different material for part of the jewelry to me and makes the bracelet as a whole look cheap.
Wouldn’t recommend the charms until the loops material is updated.
I did email customer service and they offered to send me new loops, but with a 2 week lifespan that wasn’t a satisfying solution for me. Will continue to buy their other jewelry though;)
Love my large moon charm! Even when I was initially sent the wrong charm, customer service was great and prompt in making sure I received the right one. The charm is a great centerpiece to my necklace
I bought silver charms to complete a bracelet I had. Their charms are so cute and lovely. Great quality and just the right size. I also loved the selection. I was able to put together a very meaningful charm bracelet for myself. I ordered everything online and bought 2 of the same charms accidentally. I phoned them and they told me to send one back and I got a refund. I also needed a few jumprings because I had a few charms that belonged to my mom and couldn't find the same jumprings in my city. I phoned Sugar Blossom and even though they don't sell individual jumprings, they sent me 5 so I could complete my charm bracelet and have it look uniform. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the jewelry, store associates, costumer service and online experience. My only wish is that a physical Sugar Blossom store would open in Vancouver, British Columbia!!!
