          My purchases were gifts, so I can only comment on first impressions. The piece looks beautiful and I really like it.
          Customer service (in person) was a bit disappointing. I came into the store to pick up an order and although I was in before them, other customers were served before me. One girl was quite terse and unfriendly. I walked out regretting my efforts to support local. 🫤

          I love this necklace!

          I got the sparkle chain with 3 charms and I LOVE IT! The carabiner is so nice for being able to customize the charms you are wearing day to day, and the chain is so dainty and sparkly without being too flashy. A new jewelry staple for me.
