Poor clasp

The bracelet itself is beautiful. A few days after owning it the clasp came undone, and I temporarily lost it. Found it, and now the clasp came undone a second time and I wasn’t able to find the bracelet. Total bummer. Was a beautiful piece, just not very secure at all.

Very underwhelming

I recently bought a number of pieces to give as gifts, and I’m sorry to say they were so disappointing I didn’t even give two of them away because they looked so cheap. All of the pieces I received looked like any made in China, low quality jewelry you could buy off Amazon or at Clare’s in a mall for considerably less. Even the plastic packaging it came in looked like it was straight from the factory. I find it hard to believe this bracelet was made of anything but plastic, and no part of it looked like $100 freshwater pearls. I purchased charms to include with them and they are sitting in my drawer because I can’t imagine any adult woman wearing them. I really wanted to like this brand and would have loved to support them in the future, but the quality is just not there. The customer service was very good, and I could maybe recommend these pieces if you were shopping for kids, but I won’t be a return customer.
