• For paperclip chains, charms must be placed 1 or 3 links apart. If this is not followed, designers will adjust your layout.
• For ball chain, we suggest placing charms a minimum of two links apart.
• For slim paperclip chain, there is a maximum of 10 charms.
• If the charm order is not specified in the necklace builder, the charms will be attached using our designers discretion.

Visited the Holt Renfrew Yorkdale popup of Sugar Blossom jewelry and loved the experience so much! So much selection of necklaces and charms to choose from so everyone can customize to their heart's desire.
This led me to put in an order on the website and the customer experience is elite. I decided I wanted to change out the charm necklace chain I had chosen and purchase additional charms. I was able to plan the layout I wanted with the charms I already had and the ones that I wanted, and the team listened to my notes request to leave space on the chain so I could add my existing charms where I wanted them. Thank you Sugar Blossom for being so awesome. The charms were easy to add to the new chain, they sit amazing with the 1 link spacing and the charms are beautifully designed, dainty and personalized to truly reflect my personality.
I asked for the staff to arrange the charms on this necklace as i wasn't feeling right about my arrangement and it was so perfect. Super Happy .. in time will add more charms :)
